Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, overseeing space planning, design development, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, creating construction drawings and detailed specifications, selecting FF&E;, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves client meetings, site visits, coordination of timelines, and quality checks for installations,



as well as mentoring junior designers and contributing to design standards within the studio.

This is a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the project team and on-ground stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience in developing functional and aesthetic layouts.

Knowledge of Architecture and familiarity with construction processes relevant to interior projects.

Proficiency in creating detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.

Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and procurement, aligned with project budgets and design concepts.

Advanced proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on-site.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in a senior design role. Location - HSR layout and Singanayakanahalli
