Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop effective Instructional Design (ID) strategies aligned with learning objectives.

- Create detailed storyboards, content outlines, assessments, and learner-focused scripts.

- Structure, organize, and re-model content to improve clarity, flow, and engagement.

- Design and develop e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise (mandatory).

- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and validate accuracy.

- Apply instructional design models, theories, and taxonomies to create high-quality learning experiences.

- Ensure end-to-end execution of the learning development life cycle.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.

- Use creative thinking and visualization skills to convert raw content into interactive and engaging digital learning.

- Identify opportunities to integrate creative learning technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance course effectiveness.
