Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize mission-critical production infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments, virtualization technologies, databases, cloud infrastructure, networking, monitoring tools, and DevOps practices.

This role requires a proactive professional capable of ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and operational excellence across enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain highly available production infrastructure across Windows and Linux servers.
- Administer virtualization platforms, virtual machines, storage, snapshots, and backup environments.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot load balancers, networking components, VPNs, DNS, SSL certificates, and firewall configurations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and optimize SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ClickHouse databases.
- Monitor infrastructure health using Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana, and other monitoring solutions.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
- Perform server hardening, security patching, vulnerability management, and compliance activities.
- Automate infrastructure management using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment, system performance,



and reliability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Plan infrastructure capacity, scalability, and future technology improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support during critical production incidents.
