Job Summary

The Senior Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading human capital strategy, talent management, compliance, and organizational development across the company. The role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, and close coordination with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- End-to-end hiring for sales, site, and corporate roles based on project requirements.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, employee records, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws).

- Handle KRAs, appraisals, confirmations, increments, and sales incentive/commission structures.

- Drive engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and improve retention, especially for sales teams.

- Implement HR policies, maintain SOPs, and prepare HR MIS reports for management.

Requirements





- Mandatory experience in the real estate industry.

- Proven experience in a Senior HR Manager / HR Leadership role.

- Robust expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.

- Advanced knowledge of strategic sourcing methods and employer branding.

- Sound understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong judgement, discretion, and decision-making abilities.
