We have an immediate requirement for a Senior HVAC & Electrical Supervisor with a minimum of 15 years of site execution experience. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating both HVAC and Electrical works at project sites. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary site activities efficiently.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate HVAC and Electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

⁠ ⁠Ensure execution of works as per approved GA drawings, shop drawings, schematics, electrical layouts, SLDs, and construction drawings.

⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, ventilation systems, chilled water piping, and refrigerant piping.

⁠ ⁠Good understanding of Electrical systems, including HT/LT installations, cable laying, cable trays, switchgear, panels, transformers, DG systems, earthing, lighting, and power distribution.

⁠ ⁠Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials,



and daily work progress for both HVAC and Electrical activities.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Civil, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Interior, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

⁠ ⁠Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and statutory standards.

⁠ ⁠Ensure timely completion of works and maintain daily progress reports, material planning, and site documentation.

⁠ ⁠Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with consultants, clients, and project management teams.

Qualification

⁠ ⁠Graduate / Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

⁠ ⁠Minimum 15 years of experience in execution and supervision of HVAC and Electrical projects.

⁠ ⁠Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, data centres, or government projects will be preferred.

Location

⁠ ⁠Site-based (as per project requirement).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
