We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage our people operations for our organization. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategy, managing talent, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership, manage the full employee lifecycle, and play a key role in building and maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates to meet organizational needs
- Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and employee database systems
- Lead performance appraisal process: design, implement, and facilitate annual and mid-cycle performance reviews across the organization
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, goal-setting, and employee development
- Oversee compensation and perks administration, including payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and benefits management
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve workplace conflicts with a fair and objective approach
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements,



and organizational HR policies
- Design and coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement
- Prepare HR analytics and reports for leadership, providing insights on HR metrics and organizational trends
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and serve as a trusted HR partner to management

Requirements

- 2-4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Experience managing 100+ employee organizations or similar scale
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR/Business preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, payroll, and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRIS); experience with Zoho People, ADP, or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
