- Coordinate hiring as per approved manpower plan in consultation with Centre Head & Corporate HR.
- Manage recruitment, documentation, issuance of offer/appointment letters.
- Ensure onboarding process, including induction, ID cards, uniforms, and HRMS updates.
- Introduce recent joiners to team members and centre facilities.
2. Attendance, Leave & HRMS
- Enroll employees in the biometric attendance system from Day 1.
- Monitor login/logout reports, follow up for leave regularization, and input latecomers for payroll processing.
3. Performance Management
- Ensure timely initiation of performance appraisal cycles in coordination with Corporate HR.
- Track probation evaluations and ensure confirmation processes are completed within deadlines.
4. Training & Development
- Prepare and share the monthly training calendar for technical, non-technical, and soft skill sessions.
- Ensure training sessions are conducted as scheduled and feedback is collected and analysed.
- Address training needs identified during probation and evaluations.
5. Employee Welfare & Engagement
- Organize employee engagement events aligned with monthly/annual calendars (festivals, awareness days, etc.).
- Distribute birthday and work anniversary cards.
- Conduct monthly town halls and execute Rewards & Recognition programs (Employee of the Month, etc.).
6. Payroll & Documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll inputs to Corporate HR.
- Maintain and update employee files (physical & digital).
- Ensure availability of uniforms, ID cards, diaries, and required office stock.
7. Reporting
- Send daily HR updates to Corporate.
- Share recruitment tracker weekly and HR dashboard monthly.
8. Exit Management
- Manage full & final settlement process, issue relieving and experience letters post exit.
- Raise final settlement request to Corporate HR after 30 days of exit.
9. Compliance and Administrative Duties
- Ensure adherence to HR and labour laws and internal policies.
- Conduct regular staff rounds and maintain healthy HR presence on the floor.
- Visit staff hostels/PGs weekly to ensure employee welfare.
- Continuously drive and implement new HR initiatives that improve employee experience.
Preferred candidate profile:
Knowledge and Experience
- Education: MBA / MHA
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in healthcare or service sector
- Familiarity with HRMS systems, labour laws, and performance management preferred
