We’re Hiring: Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – BFSI Sector

Location: Royapettah, Chennai

Experience: 5–8 Years

We’re looking for a Senior HR professional with strong BFSI recruitment experience, especially in high-volume Sales hiring, to join our team.

Only candidates with prior BFSI recruitment experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BFSI roles with a strong focus on Sales hiring
- Hire for roles such as RM, BDM, ASM, Cluster/Regional Managers, and Sales Executives
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning and hiring strategies
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Drive screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management
- Handle offer negotiation, closures, and onboarding




- Manage bulk and lateral hiring in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Track recruitment MIS, dashboards, and ensure TAT adherence

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Support performance management and compliance

This role combines end-to-end recruitment ownership with core HR generalist responsibilities. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
