The HR Manager is responsible for leading the organization's human resources function by driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

- Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee development.

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Oversee payroll, employee benefits, leave, and HR administration.

- Manage HRIS, employee records, and HR reporting.

- Design and coordinate learning, training, and engagement initiatives.

- Support organizational change, succession planning, and culture-building.

- Provide HR insights and metrics to support business decisions.

- Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership.

- Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
