Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, statutory compliance, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Administer compensation, advantages, and payroll coordination.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal and increment processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning data for management.
- Support organizational development and workforce retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.

Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, technology, telecom, IoT, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll coordination.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
