Job Title : Senior HR Recruiter

Job Location : Bangalore

Work Timings : 12:30 PM to 9.30 PM IST

Qualification : Btech/MBA HR

Experience : 5-8years of relevant experience

Job Summary The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and Finance domains positions across the Group and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced setting. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused environment.

Primary Responsibility

- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
- Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms
- Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.




- Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants.
- Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
- Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and analytics to management.

Competency / Skills:
- Prior experience of working in the BFSI/KPO/IT domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting
- Being proactive and desiring to take ownership
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Well-versed with the various job portals, Social media, network sites, reference, headhunting, database, etc., for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Ability and willingness to learn and scale up skillset to the requirements of the organization.
