About the role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling work that moves our brand and marketing forward. You'll set the bar for creative quality, partner with cross-functional teams on strategy, and turn ideas into high-impact assets across social, paid media, email, web, and sales enablement.

This role is a fit for a designer who thinks strategically, sweats the details, understands how design drives marketing performance, and is ready to raise the standard of the work around them.

What you'll do

- Own and design marketing assets. Uphold and extend our brand identity across every channel, producing high-quality visuals for social, paid media, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Shape creative strategy. Partner with marketing from concept to executing campaigns that resonate with our audience, not just execute briefs handed to you.
- Build ad creatives. Craft engaging static, GIF, and motion ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
- Create sales enablement materials. Develop brochures, one-pagers, and presentations that help sales tell a compelling story.
- Maintain website collateral. Create and maintain website graphics, banners,



and other visual elements so the site stays on-brand and delivers a consistent, engaging user experience.

What you'll bring

Required

- 5+ years in marketing design, graphic design, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showing work across digital marketing, branding, and multimedia. (A portfolio link is required to be considered.)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Figma or a similar tool for web and digital design.
- Strong command of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and balance multiple projects without dropping quality.
- A strategic eye for how design affects marketing performance and audience engagement.

Nice to have

- Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience working within or building a design system.
