Role Overview As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will own design end to end on key projects, raise the quality of the work, and guide less experienced designers toward a consistent standard.

Key Responsibilities Design Ownership - Lead design on high-profile editorial, marketing, and campaign work

- Translate strategy and briefs into polished, original visual concepts
- Maintain and evolve the visual system across channels Quality & Mentorship - Review work and give explicit, constructive design feedback




- Mentor junior designers and lift the team's craft Ideal Candidate Profile - 5 to 10 years in graphic or visual design with a standout portfolio
- Advanced command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong grounding in typography, layout, and composition
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications - Experience in media, publishing, or content-led brands
- Comfort guiding designers and owning quality on a team
