We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Campaign Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns with a solid focus on performance, efficiency, and profitable growth. The ideal candidate should have advanced hands-on experience managing high-budget Google Ads accounts and be capable of developing data-driven strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

Candidates with hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts with Monthly Invoicing / Invoice Billing are highly preferred.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Proven experience managing and scaling high-budget Google Ads accounts.

Experience managing significant monthly or annual advertising budgets.

Prior experience managing Google Ads accounts with Monthly Invoicing / Invoice Billing is highly preferred.

Experience with Google Ads Invoice Billing, monthly invoices, billing thresholds, payment settings, and account billing processes is a strong advantage.

Advanced knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.

Strong understanding of campaign structure, keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign scaling.





Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution.

Solid experience conducting A/B testing across keywords, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing $1M+ annual Google Ads spend.

Experience managing high-spend Google Ads accounts with Invoice Billing / Monthly Invoicing.

Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.

Proven track record of scaling large Google Ads campaigns while maintaining strong profitability.

Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or performance marketing.

Experience managing international campaigns across multiple markets.

Google Ads certification is a plus.
