Job Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Experience: 3–5Years

Location: Pune

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design team and deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, experience managing a creative team, and the ability to understand client requirements while ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities Design & Creative

- Create high-quality designs for social media, branding, print, websites, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Review and approve design outputs before final delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers.
- Assign tasks and manage daily workflow.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with content writers, video editors, and marketing teams.

Client Interaction

- Attend client meetings to understand business goals and creative requirements.
- Gather project briefs and clarify expectations before execution.
- Present design concepts and explain creative ideas professionally.
- Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented effectively.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication.

Requirement Understanding & Project Coordination





- Analyze client requirements and convert them into creative briefs.
- Plan project timelines and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables match client expectations and brand guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Experience with Canva and Figma is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
