- Involved in bug fixes and maintain existing code.
- Participate and actively involved in technical design decisions
- Participate in code and documentation reviews and peer technical design reviews and provide technical feedback to manager as part of task assignment
- Improve technical capabilities and soft skills as identified through performance goals during the review process.
