You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, from designing resilient backend APIs to crafting responsive and highly interactive frontend experiences.

What You'll Do Architect and develop highly scalable web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and modern cloud databases.

Lead complex integrations with third-party enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs, Payment Gateways).

Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

Deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimization.

Experience deploying applications to AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to stakeholders.
