​​​​​Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and ownership. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, mentor engineers, engage with business and technology stakeholders, and take end-to-end accountability for delivery, quality, and operational stability of cloud-based and automations-driven solutions.

The role has a primary focus on Logic Apps, Function Apps, cloud platforms, databases, QA, deployment, and version control, with secondary exposure to React.js and RPA technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Delivery Leadership

- Lead solution design and implementation of cloud-native and integration/workflow-based applications.
- Act as the technical point of contact, guiding architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
- Own end-to-end delivery across ideation, design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases.
- Provide realistic effort estimations, identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive adherence to engineering standards, security, and compliance requirements.
- Review code and ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead from the front by hands-on development while guiding the team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding and upskilling of team members.

Stakeholder & Collaboration Responsibilities
- Actively engage with business, product, QA, DevOps, and operations stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and delivery plans.
- Provide regular status updates, highlight risks,



and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Participate in Steering Committee/Governance discussions as required.

Operations & Support Ownership
- Support production operations, including incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, with proper monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Define and support handover to operations, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Drive continuous improvement based on operational feedback and performance metrics.

Technical Skills – Primary (Must Have)

Cloud & Integration

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
- API design and system integration using:
- REST
- JSON
- OAuth
- Webhooks (if required)

Backend & Data
- Strong experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Secure data handling and governance awareness.

Quality Assurance & Testing
- Strong focus on built-in quality.
- Experience with:
- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- Test automation

- Ability to guide QA teams on test strategy and coverage.

Deployment & DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Production deployment, rollback strategies, and workplace management.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

Version Control
- Strong experience with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development practices.

Technical Skills – Secondary (Good to Have)

React.js

- Component-based UI development.
- API integration and performance optimization.

RPA Exposure
- UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism or similar.
- Orchestration and integration of RPA with backend services
