About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer (UI/UX Focus) to own the complete mobile experience of Fameo across Android and iOS.

This is more than a traditional Flutter development role. You'll lead the design and implementation of user experiences, shape the visual language of the product, and build polished, high-performance mobile applications that people genuinely enjoy using.

You'll work directly with our backend engineer, product team, QA, and founders to transform ideas into production-ready features while maintaining the highest standards for quality, usability, and performance.

This is an opportunity to become one of the early engineers shaping both the product and the engineering culture.

What You'll Do

- Own the complete Flutter application across Android and iOS.
- Design and build beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces instead of simply implementing designs.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable Flutter architecture.




- Build recent product features from concept to production.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Implement real-time communication features using WebSockets or Socket.IO.
- Integrate Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Continuously improve application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and security.
- Maintain consistency between mobile and web product experiences.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineering, QA, product, and founders throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- 4–6 years of professional Flutter development experience.
- Published Flutter applications available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong Flutter and Dart expertise.
- Excellent UI/UX understanding with the ability to create polished mobile experiences.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod, Provider, Bloc, or GetX.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and backend integration.
- Experience implementing Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Experience building real-time features using WebSockets or Socket.IO.




- Knowledge of local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle and app publishing.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.

Nice to Have

- Experience with video/audio streaming or WebRTC.
- Payment gateway integration in Flutter applications.
- Experience using Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or product-focused company.
