Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Firmware Engineer / Experienced Firmware Engineer role based in Noida. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware for robotic inspection systems and related control hardware.

Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing code for ARM-based microcontrollers, integrating firmware with electronic subsystems, and ensuring reliable performance in field environments. The engineer will perform systematic debugging and troubleshooting, collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and software teams, and participate in code reviews,



documentation, and testing. The position also requires contributing to architecture decisions, improving development processes, and supporting deployment and maintenance of production systems.

Qualifications

- Robust embedded software and firmware development skills, including experience with real-time systems and microcontroller-based products.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems, including use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and diagnostic tools.
- Solid understanding of ARM architecture and experience programming ARM-based MCUs or SoCs.
- Background in electrical engineering or closely related discipline, with familiarity in hardware-software integration.
- 3–6 years of core experience in firmware development for embedded or robotics applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from IIT/NIT/IIIT/BITS or other accredited institution in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with C/C++ for embedded systems, version control (e.g., Git), and standard software development practices.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) and basic control systems concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, with strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
