Senior Full Stack Developer ? Bangalore | Full-Time | Immediate Joiner

We're looking for a proactive, technically strong Senior Developer to join our dynamic project delivery and implementation team. In this role, you'll work across frontend and backend stacks, collaborate within agile sprints, and contribute meaningfully to design, development, and deployment.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer-facing projects, knows the full software development life cycle inside out, and takes strong ownership of deliverables. This role also offers the opportunity for short-term onsite travel based on project needs.

What You'll Do

- Participate in project sprints and contribute across all SDLC phases, from requirements to delivery
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions
- Develop, test, and maintain application modules aligned with sprint goals
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and best practices
- Support implementation and post-go-live stabilization
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve client incidents and enhancement requests
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Own assigned modules and mentor junior team members when needed

Must-Have Skills

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and either Angular or React
- Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and component-based frontend architecture




- Working experience with SQL/Oracle — writing queries, optimizing joins
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration workflows
- Knowledge of Git, code versioning, and DevOps-friendly practices
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills with a foundation in data structures and algorithms

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Exposure to Low Code/No Code platforms (Neutrinos, Mendix, OutSystems)
- Basic understanding of Docker/Kubernetes and microservice design
- Familiarity with BPM tools, API orchestration, and third-party integrations
- Experience in the insurance or BFSI domain
- Strong verbal and written communication

Experience

- Minimum 3 years in full stack development or project implementation
- Proven track record delivering features end-to-end in customer projects or internal products
