We're seeking a sales-driven Fashion Consultant/Client Service Executive(MENSWEAR) to join our In-Store Sales team. This position is open to freshers who are passionate about fashion and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Understanding the client's requirements.
- Advising clients on different designers' collections, color options, styles, and fabrics that will suit their preferences, body type, price range, as well as the occasion they're dressing for.
- Selling merchandise and processing customized orders.
- Generating and pursuing leads to expand the client base.
- Following up with clients via phone or email and addressing their requests and questions.




- Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order completion.
- Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team and create appealing store displays.
- Willingness to assist and support the senior sales team.

Requirements:

- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Strong networking and social media skills.
