Your work profile

- Execute end-to-end finance data migration projects during ERP implementations, including data extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, migration, and reconciliation.
- Map and transform financial master and transactional data, including Chart of Accounts, customers, vendors, products, invoices, bills, payments, journals, fixed assets, and historical financial transactions.
- Configure financial structures such as cost centers, departments, business units, locations, and reporting hierarchies within ERP systems.
- Support multi-entity and multi-currency data migrations while ensuring data integrity and financial accuracy.
- Perform pre- and post-migration reconciliations by validating trial balances, financial statements, aging reports, and account balances.
- Investigate and resolve migration exceptions, data inconsistencies, and reconciliation issues.




- Maintain migration documentation, mapping templates, validation reports, and audit trails.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful ERP deployments.
- Support testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and post-go-live validation.
- Experience in finance data migration, data quality assurance, reconciliation, exception handling, and master data management.
- Experience with Chart of Accounts setup, organizational hierarchies (departments, cost centers, locations, business units), and financial reporting structures.
- Experience with data transformation techniques, including CSV/Excel manipulation, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis, validation, or automation is preferred.
- Exposure to ETL concepts, ERP integrations, and migration methodologies is desirable.
- Knowledge of US GAAP or other international accounting standards is preferred.

Key skills required:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, finance data migration, or ERP transformation projects.
- Candidates with a B.Com/Accounting degree should have 5+ years of relevant experience.
