Job Purpose:

Market analysisNew Tie Ups - Programmes and activitiesMarketing activities at OOPDService line executive for Orthopedic Branch OOPD ProgrammeManaging outreach activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support Marketing with all back end work in facilitating front end sales like dispatch of approvals.
- Maintain MIS for marketing department to understand contribution from segments on an ongoing basis through a daily tracking mechanism.



We also need to get to measuring productivity of our resources which can be done through periodic sales reports.
- Daily collation of OP and IP feedbacksharing in evening meetings and follow up with patients on negative feedback.
- Continuous connect with referring physicians by emailing/couriering letters of appreciation for referring along with discharge summary. Keeping a complete database of top 100 referring physicianstheir DOB etc and connecting with them through direct mailers. Also needs to monitor referrals by ABC class of referring physicianscorporate and support in analysis of marketing and sales effectiveness.
- In house follow up/support of corporate/TPA/VIP patients to ensure they have no inconvenience and escalate issues for immediate executive response
- Support leadership in preparing weeklymonthly reports and presentations
