Senior Learning & Development Specialist, Soft Skills & Behavioural program Facilitation & Content Development

About the Role

Join our dynamic IT Services organization as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, combining deep facilitation expertise in English language, voice & accent, and behavioural skills with strong content development capabilities. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and digitizing globally relevant learning programs that enhance communication, client engagement, and professional effectiveness for IT professionals across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with global business and learning teams to analyze needs related to English fluency, voice modulation, accent neutralization, soft skills, and behavioural competencies aligned with business and client requirements.

Design, develop, and facilitate culturally adaptive training programs for IT professionals across regions, balancing strong classroom/virtual facilitation with digital learning design.

Create and digitize high-quality learning content, leveraging AI and modern authoring tools to build scalable, engaging modules for diverse audiences.

Serve as the internal expert in English language, voice & accent, and behavioural training, while mentoring internal trainers and supporting capability building.

Continuously enhance learning modules by integrating blended methodologies, microlearning, and AI-enabled personalization to maximize impact.





Manage branding, communication, and engagement strategies for L&D; initiatives targeting global teams and leadership.

Measure and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and business alignment.

Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery in hybrid and virtual environments.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor?s degree or MBA in a relevant field.

8 to 10 years of L&D; experience with proven expertise in both facilitation (soft skills, behavioral, language, and V&A;) and content development.

Certifications in facilitation, voice & accent, instructional design, or related areas preferred.

Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

Demonstrated expertise in designing digital learning assets using authoring tools and AI for content creation, curation, and personalization.

Experience working with multicultural/global teams and tailoring training to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning data analytics, dashboards, and training operations.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to IT services or client-facing global organizations is a strong advantage.
