- Perform calibration, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of field instruments including pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters.

- Install and troubleshoot field devices such as control valves, transmitters, limit switches, proximity sensors.

- Conduct loop checking, functional testing, and support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities during plant startups and shutdowns.

- Operate standard calibration and diagnostic tools such as HART communicator, loop calibrator, multimeter, and portable test equipment.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date instrument calibration records and ensure compliance with accuracy and quality standards.

- Hands-on experience in Honeywell DCS (Experion PKS) operations, including loop monitoring, basic configuration, alarm troubleshooting, and control loop tuning.

- Support resolution of control loop performance issues, system alarms, and instrument communication errors within the Experion workplace.

- Perform installation, commissioning,



and repair of field instruments integrated with Honeywell Experion systems, including wiring, tubing, and configuration.

- Work in rotational shifts and provide round-the-clock instrumentation support for plant operations.

- Interpret and work with P&IDs;, hook-up drawings, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and I/O lists for effective troubleshooting and system integration.

- Execute Calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to planned schedules and reliability requirements.

- Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols, including permit-to-work (PTW) systems, LOTO, and hazardous area classifications.

- Coordinate effectively with maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and production departments to ensure smooth instrumentation operations.

- Knowledge of CGMP and ISO Documentation.
