Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc.

Computer

Science/BCA).

- Master's Degree (MCA/M.Tech)

- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), PACS, LIS, and healthcare IT infrastructure is preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and technical support, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare workplace is highly preferred.

- Hands-on experience in managing:

- Hospital Information System (HIS)

- Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

- Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

- System administration, backup, and disaster recovery

- Firewall, antivirus, endpoint security, and cybersecurity practices

- Database management and user access control

- Hardware maintenance, printers, biometric devices, and IP telephony

- Experience in coordinating with software vendors and third-party service providers.

- Exposure to NABH, NABL, and healthcare IT compliance requirements is desirable.
