The position is accountable for the Administration Vertical of HR. The role requires a disciplined and experienced professional to manage internal & External Stakeholders, strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to ensure work related to administration, compliance, and Security to have smooth day-to-day operations.

Role & responsibilities

- Oversee facility management, including housekeeping and security operations
- Manage transportation, canteen, and accommodation facilities
- Implement and monitor safety and security protocols across the premises
- Handle canteen operations including hygiene, quality, and vendor coordination
- Manage transportation, logistics for employees and Company Visitors/Guest.
- Liaise with external vendors and administrative agencies
- Coordinate with government authorities as required
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of Safety Shoes, hairnet, Bearednet etc
- Oversee laundry and uniform management
- Support emergency drills, preparedness activities and various audits.

Compliance & Security:

- Ensure adherence to labour laws,



statutory requirements, and company policies
- Maintain high standards of discipline and plant security
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies when required

Conduct regular audits and inspections for administrative and safety compliance Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge MS Office and Record keeping
- Knowledge of SAP desired

Preferred candidate profile

- Min 6-8 years of experience in a qualified industrial setup/manufacturing units. Preferred MNC
- Experience in industrial setup/manufacturing unit preferred
- Physically fit and capable of handling on-ground operations
- Solid command over discipline, compliance, admin, and security
