Industry: International BPO / Contact Center Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to contact center leadership
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Partner with operations to manage attrition, absenteeism, and performance issues
- Support workforce planning and collaborate with recruitment teams
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and labor law adherence
- Conduct HR analytics and provide insights to improve people strategies
- Facilitate performance management processes and talent development initiatives Requirements:
4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO / Contact Center environment
Strong experience in Employee Relations and Stakeholder Management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts Preferred: Experience supporting international voice processes or contact center operations.
