Role Description The Senior Executive for Export Production is a full-time, in office role based at the Dehgam production facility. This role oversees daily export production activities, including planning batches according to export orders, monitoring production lines, and coordinating with quality assurance to ensure products meet export standards and regulatory requirements.

The Senior

Executive collaborates with procurement and inventory teams to maintain raw material availability, tracks production output,



and ensures packaging and labeling comply with international specifications. The role also involves preparing production reports for management, supporting continuous process improvement, and working closely with logistics teams to align dispatch schedules with export commitments.

Qualifications

Experience in food production or manufacturing, preferably in spices or packaged food products.

Knowledge of export documentation, international quality standards, and food safety regulations.

Strong production planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage teams on the shop floor and maintain high standards of discipline and safety.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, production reporting tools).

Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in an export-oriented manufacturing unit will be an added advantage.
