SECTION I: ROLE INTRODUCTION Outlines the basic information of the role. Job Title Senior Executive - EHS & Sustainability Reporting To Senior Manager -EHS Location Gangaikondan Grade/ Level SE Job Objective The Senior Executive – EHS & Sustainability will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and driving sustainability initiatives across the organization. This role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, promotes a protected workplace culture, and supports the company’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities KPIs 1)

- Ensure adherence to local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections regularly.
- Maintain and update EHS documentation, permits, and reports.

- Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

- Conduct EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for compliance and sustainability reporting.

- Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ESG reporting).

SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience

5–10 years of experience in EHS and sustainability roles. Competencies CORE COMPETENCIES LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

- Ability to influence and drive behavioural change.

- Proficiency in EHS management systems and sustainability reporting tools.
