Key Responsibilities

Procurement

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities across Warehousing, IT Software &
- Services, AMC, Repair &
- Maintenance, and Infrastructure requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing, and service standards.

- Compare quotations and support commercial negotiations.

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.

- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

- Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.

- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement execution.

MIS &

- Data Analytics

- Collect, validate, and analyze procurement and operational data.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

- Analyze procurement spend, vendor performance, cost savings, and inventory trends.

- Track procurement KPIs and recommend process improvements.

- Automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.

- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across procurement systems.





- Present actionable insights and reports to management to support strategic decision-making and business expansion.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- 2-4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, MIS, or Data Analytics.

- Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query
- Macros preferred).

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.

- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in procurement analytics and MIS reporting.

- Exposure to spend analysis, cost optimization, and vendor performance management.

- Robust business acumen with a data-driven mindset.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally.

- Experience supporting procurement operations during business growth or expansion initiatives will be an added advantage.
