Position

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, configure, and enhance our ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) and workflow automation initiatives.



This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog.

Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer automations.

Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and Service Bridge.

Manage platform administration, security, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics metrics.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Mentor team members and contribute to ServiceNow best practices and governance.

Required Skills

✅ 7-10 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience

✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

✅ Strong expertise in ITSM modules, Service Catalog, Workflow/Flow Designer

✅ Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS

✅ Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and IntegrationHub

✅ Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management best practices





✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow CIS/CAD Certifications

Experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, ITAM

Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, SOX compliance

Healthcare or managed services experience
