1. To ensure Preventive maintenance is accomplished and documented in appropriate manner
- To maintain machine history cards for all machines equipment
- To ensure that all safety equipment are installed and available in operating order
- Maintain monitor inventories of spares
- To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures
- To educate the operators not changing or interfering with the safety devices
- To plan for critical spare parts required at critical times
- To maintain the documents related to IATF 16949
- To co-operate, co-ordinate with internal customers of Maintenance Dept.
- Any other task entrusted by the HO
Primary Responsibilities:
- To maintain ROBOs of plant in valuable running conditions including Teaching Maintenance of Yashkawa Robo / NASH Robos
