The Role We''''''''re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the platform our AI agents run on — the real-time backend, the embeddable client SDK/browser plugin, the operator portal, and the security and compliance infrastructure underneath all of it. You''''''''ll work across the full stack in TypeScript/Node, ship features end to end,



and raise the engineering bar on reliability, security, and operability.

What You''''''''ll Do

- Build and operate the core backend: Node.js/Express services with Socket.io real-time transport, scaled across replicas with Redis-protocol pub/sub.
- Develop the embeddable React/TypeScript SDK that runs inside customers'''''''' web apps — DOM extraction, action execution, overlays, and screenshot capture — where bundle size, isolation, and compatibility actually matter.
- Ship features in the operator portal (React 19, Vite, React Router): workflow authoring, graph visualisation, usage analytics, and admin tooling.
- Own data infrastructure: Postgres schema design, row-level security, column-level encryption, audit logging, and retention policies.
- Build security- and compliance-critical systems: SSO (Okta OIDC, passkeys), role-based access, encrypted credential storage, SSRF-guarded outbound integrations, and PII/PHI redaction pipelines.
- Integrate external systems into the platform — MCP servers, HTTP APIs, S3-compatible storage, and sidecar services — with clean seams and guardrails.
- Own deployment and operability: Docker Compose for local dev, Helm/Kubernetes and cloud IaC for production, CI pipelines, and production debugging.
- Collaborate with ML engineering on the agent runtime — you build the rails the agents run on.

What We''''''''re Looking For

- 6+ years of software engineering experience shipping and operating production web systems.
- Expert TypeScript/Node.js on the backend and strong React on the frontend — this role is genuinely full stack.




- Real-time systems experience: WebSockets/Socket.io, streaming, connection lifecycle, and multi-replica coordination.
- Strong Postgres skills — schema design, query performance, and security features (RLS, encryption) beyond basic ORM usage.
- Security instincts: you think about authn/authz, secrets handling, SSRF, and tenant isolation by default, not on request.
- DevOps competence: Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Helm, and comfort owning services in production.
- Proven end-to-end ownership at an early-stage pace: you scope your own work, make pragmatic trade-offs, and communicate clearly in writing.
- Based in Bangalore, with working-hour overlap with the founding team.

Nice to Have

- Experience building embeddable SDKs, widgets, or browser extensions that run in third-party pages.
- Healthcare or other regulated-domain experience HIPAA/SOC 2 exposure.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or working alongside agent/ML systems.
- Auth-stack depth: OIDC/SAML, Okta, session management, passkeys.
- Kafka/queue systems, ClickHouse, or analytics pipelines.
