Hical Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – QAD SQA with 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Assessment (SQA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for raw material inspection, supplier quality management, documentation, GRN closure, and coordination with internal departments. Candidates with expertise in CNC processes, inspection planning, SAP/ERP systems, and quality compliance are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Assurance & Inspection:

- Conduct inspection of raw materials as per inspection plan/drawings.
- Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) closure in ERP/SAP within 7 days.
- Maintain receiving inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers on RM defects, obtain Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs), and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and sign off Agreement of Inspection (AOI) with suppliers.

Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate inspection reports and ensure proper traceability of materials.
- Upload COC (Certificate of Conformance), RIR (Receiving Inspection Report), and CQR (Corrective Quality Report) on portals immediately after inspection.




- Ensure zero stoppage in FG dispatch due to quality documentation issues.
- Implement Documented Manufacturing Records (DMR) process for rejected materials.

Supplier Coordination & Problem Resolution:

- Ensure proper tagging and logging of NC (Non-Conforming) parts and follow vendor rejection processes.
- Communicate with suppliers for rejection acknowledgments, disposal actions, and SCAR closures.
- Conduct supplier visits, audits, and process assessments to eliminate quality issues.
- Resolve internal NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) related to production and dispatch quality issues.

Instrument & Gauge Management:

- Plan and ensure the availability of gauges and measuring instruments for production.
- Maintain calibration records and prevent usage of overdue instruments.
- Track and procure measuring instruments as per budget planning.
