Job Title: Senior Engineer (Planning) / Assistant Manager (Planning)

Job Location: Jejuri

Purpose of this Role:

Project Planning & Control (Supply Chain Management)

Key Deliverables

1. Monthly invoicing plan, fabrication plan & galvanizing plan preparation based on delivery dates & priority requirements.
2. Conduct a kick-off meeting for project orders
3. Supplier Document/Project Management document preparation such as project schedule, project plans & change in scope as & when required.




4. Updating weekly progress reports to clients in coordination of production & design team.
5. Follow up & coordinate with all departments to expedite the flow of material & information to meet the schedule dates
6. Identify & resolve all queries related to drawings & specifications with help of the engineering/project team.
7. Coordination with outside vendors for job work activities as & when required based on shop load situation.
8. Be the liaison between the internal customers as well as external customers throughout the project cycle.
9. Preparation of Variance analysis & CAPA for any failure of delivery dates on monthly basis.

10. Project closure confirmation
11. Active participation in Kaizen identification and cost reduction project through CFT

Required Skills and Experience Diploma / BE.Mechanical with 7 to 10 year experience in Manufacturing industry/Fabrication Industry especially in supply chain management.
