About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Endorsement Sales Specialist to drive celebrity and talent-led endorsement deals across categories. This is a high-ownership sales role focused on pitching, negotiating, and closing brand partnerships and long-term associations.

The right candidate is a self-driven closer with existing brand-side relationships and a proven track record of converting opportunities into signed endorsement deals.

Key Responsibilities Brand Endorsement Sales

Own end-to-end sales of celebrity- and talent-led brand endorsements.

Pitch talent to brands for:

Brand ambassador roles

Long-term associations

Integrated digital + traditional campaigns

Independently drive new brand acquisition across categories.

Business Development & Pitching

Actively engage with

Brand marketing heads

Procurement teams

Media planners & category managers





Build and maintain a high-frequency pitching pipeline.

Convert inbound and outbound opportunities into closed deals.

Revenue Ownership

Carry clear monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Close both mid-scale and marquee endorsement deals.

Upsell repeat associations and multi-campaign engagements.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with talent management and brand solutions teams for:

Talent availability

Pricing strategy

Campaign alignment

Ensure seamless handover post-deal closure (execution is not owned by this role).

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in selling brand endorsements / celebrity or influencer campaigns.

Strong existing brand-side relationships.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent.

Comfortable working independently and closing deals end-to-end.~

Experience from talent agencies, influencer networks, media or brand partnerships roles preferred.

Years of experience are flexible.

What matters is your ability to close deals consistently.
