Responsible for peer reviews as well· Competency development of Self – technical as well as interpersonal skills· Overall compliance - No follow up culture, Timesheet compliance, Training completion, Status reporting etc· Participate in organization activities – innovation, knowledge sharing, technology forums Required Skills (Technical Competency):· Minimum of 6+years as a Software Engineer.· Design, code and integrate software for an embedded Linux target· Customization,
deployment and maintenance of Linux distribution on different hardware platforms · Expert in C programing with RTOS. · Very strong knowledge of Linux, ARM/x86 processor architecture with SOC.· Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
