Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain networking software for Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols.

- Develop high-performance applications using C/C++ on embedded Linux platforms.

- Implement and enhance routing, switching, and network virtualization features.

- Develop and troubleshoot networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, OSPF, IS-IS, and BFD.

- Work on control plane and data plane software development.

- Optimize software for scalability, performance, and low latency.

- Debug complex networking issues using packet capture and protocol analysis tools.

- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and product engineering teams.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and release activities.

- Prepare technical documentation and design specifications.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
