Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead and manage electrical engineering activities for infrastructure and building projects, ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing electrical designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations for power distribution and power systems, as well as coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical solutions into overall project plans. The role involves conducting site assessments,



overseeing installation and commissioning, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance to junior engineers and designers.

The Senior Electrical

Engineer will collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naya Raipur.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical knowledge of Electricity and related engineering principles.

Proficiency in Electrical Design and Power Distribution, including preparation and review of schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.

Experience with Power Systems, including load analysis, protection schemes, and system reliability and safety considerations.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Relevant professional experience in infrastructure or building projects, preferably in consulting or EPC environments.

Familiarity with national and international electrical codes and standards, and applicable safety regulations.

Ability to lead project tasks, mentor junior team members, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in standard engineering software tools.

Willingness to work on-site in Naya Raipur and undertake occasional travel to project locations as required.
