- We are seeking an experienced M365 Architect to join our team
- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and implementing advanced functions of M365, focusing on security, governance, and compliance
- This role involves providing second-level and higher support for M365 apps and Azure/Multi-cloud solutions
- Additionally, the candidate will oversee a team of SMEs, manage, and facilitate the design of large-scale solutions within M365 products
- Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Microsoft 365 services and solutions
- Implement advanced functions of M365 and/or Azure AD Premium, including security, governance, and compliance
- Present M365 solutions to stakeholders
- Plan and manage M365 projects
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage change control processes
- Provide technical leadership in deploying Microsoft 365
- Oversee a team of SMEs and support engineers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services




- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies
- Continuously improve skill sets and stay current with M365 and multi-cloud technologies
- Qualifications: Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and solutions
- Robust presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role
- Proficient in planning and designing IT solutions
- Knowledge of audit and compliance standards
- Experience with change control management
- ITIL foundation certification
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and software coding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
