Position: Senior Director/Director - AI, Intelligent Automation & Digital CoE

Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad (with regular interaction with US-based clients)

Work Hours- Ability to work covering US hours when required.

Experience 15–20 years of total experience in owning organizational digital strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI/Intelligent Automationenabled digital platforms, customer/employee portals, and self-service experiences .

Role Summary Lead the transformation of digital journeys through a unified portal ecosystem, intelligent automation, Gen-AI capabilities, analytics, and scalable platform governance. The role is accountable for improving user experience, operational efficiency, adoption, and business value. Responsible to drive the enterprise AI strategy and the responsible-AI governance framework (model risk, data privacy,



human oversight), in partnership with ESRM and Legal/Compliance.

Builds and runs shared AIplatforms and services — GenAI enablement, ML engineering, MLOps, and intelligent automation/RPA — and operates a hub-and-spoke model that places AI engineers into all the business lines and Production initiatives while retaining functional standards centrally. Runs AI literacy and enablement across illumifin and prioritises the AI use-case portfolio with business stakeholders. The role connects business priorities with product, technology, data, UX, operations, and governance to deliver measurable outcomes.
