Role Overview :

As a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Hyderabad, you will serve as the backbone of our infrastructure, bridging the gap between software development and IT operations to ensure seamless delivery cycles.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud architectures that support high-traffic applications. By automating deployment pipelines and optimizing system reliability, your work directly impacts our ability to ship features faster and maintain the high-availability standards our global customer base expects. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous integration and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and improve deployment consistency for our engineering teams.
- Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure to ensure high availability and optimal performance for end-users.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions to minimize downtime and provide actionable insights into system health.
- Lead the transition toward containerized environments using Kubernetes to enhance resource utilization and application portability.




- Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated security checks into the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the technical maturity of the entire DevOps practice.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing cloud-native infrastructure and orchestrating complex deployments with 5 - 8 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation to automate setting provisioning.
- Strong proficiency in scripting with Python or Go to build custom automation tools that streamline operational workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent problem-solving with active participation in team sprints.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in high-scale production environments.
