Explore what we're building at ibee.ai. THE ROLE You'll own core pieces of the IBEE Solutions cloud platform- the control plane, Managed Kubernetes, network fabric, and internal infrastructure.

You build it, you run it, and you own it when it breaks. This is a hands-on infrastructure role for engineers who care about fundamentals and want real ownership of systems that thousands of workloads depend on. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and operate the compute, storage, and network layers behind IBEE Solutions' products (VM, Bare Metal, GPU, Storage, Kubernetes).

Develop and maintain the control plane- provisioning, orchestration, and lifecycle systems; improve reliability and failure handling.

Own Managed Kubernete- cluster lifecycle, CNI/CSI, ingress, upgrades, multi-tenancy,



and isolation.

Design and run the DC network and overlay- BGP, VXLAN/EVPN, routing, load balancing, VPN, DDoS mitigation, IPv4/IPv6, and ASN management.

Drive IaC and CI/CD across the fleet (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, GitLab CI) and automate manual work out of existence.

Own reliability- monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, incident response, RCAs, and MTTR improvements.

Harden the platform- segmentation, secrets management, patching, and access control.

Mentor junior engineers and raise the team's engineering bar.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING (MUST HAVE)

Strong networking- TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs, routing/switching, NAT, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and packet-level debugging (tcpdump, ss, ip).

Deep Linux systems experience- kernel and network tuning, the storage stack, and production troubleshooting.

Production Kubernetes- running and debugging clusters, not just deploying to them: etcd, control plane components, CNI, CSI, scheduling, upgrades, and RBAC.

Docker / containerd- image builds, runtime internals, registries, and container networking and storage.

Virtualisation- KVM/QEMU, libvirt, OpenStack, Proxmox, or VMware.

Automation- Terraform, Ansible, and solid scripting/programming in Python, Go, or Bash.

CI/CD and GitOps- GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins, and ArgoCD or Flux.

Observability- Prometheus,



Grafana, Loki, ELK, or Zabbix.

Ability to work independently, own systems end to end, and lead during incidents.

GOOD TO HAVE

Experience at a cloud provider, data center operator, ISP, hosting company, or infrastructure vendor.

Storage systems — Ceph, ZFS, GlusterFS, NVMe-oF, SAN/NAS, or MinIO.

GPU infrastructure — NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, MIG, and GPU scheduling in Kubernetes.

Service mesh / Envoy / API gateways; Helm and operator development.

CNI plugins — Cilium, Calico, or VPC CNI.

Kubernetes autoscaling — Cluster Autoscaler, HPA/VPA, Karpenter, or Kamaji.

Secrets tooling — Vault, External Secrets, or Sealed Secrets.

Config management — Salt, Puppet, or Chef.

Comfort with an on-call rotation.
