We are seeking a skilled PPM Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The role involves configuring and customizing PPM platforms to support project planning, portfolio governance, resource management, and financial tracking. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in PPM tools, workflow configuration, integrations, and reporting, and will work closely with PMO teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. ___ Required Skills &
Qualifications Core PPM Skills • Hands-on experience with one or more PPM tools: o OpenText PPM/ ServiceNow PPM / Clarity / Planview / Jira Align / MS Project • Strong understanding of:
o Project lifecycle management o Portfolio governance o Resource & financial management ___ Technical Skills • Experience in: o Workflow configuration and automation o API development and integrations o SQL and database querying o Oracle Database 19C (12.2.0.3), JDK 8.18.X o OKTA, IAM Integration • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or tool-specific scripting) • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies ___ Key Responsibilities 1.
