This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Designer - Retail Experience located in Thane. The Senior Designer will be responsible for retail design, space planning, interior design, and graphic design to create consistent customer journeys and unique retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore Design Solutions: Brainstorm and create innovative design concepts aligned with the project brief and strategy.
- Develop Big Ideas’: Push for impactful, creative ideas that elevate the project’s vision and meet strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Team: Support Design Directors and collaborate with fellow designers to create innovative solutions.
- Evaluate Design Options: Analyze and refine design options to select the most effective solution.
- Visualize Design Thinking: Use sketches, design software’s (Sketchup, Revit, 3D Max, Autocad, Photoshop etc.) mock-ups,
and visuals to clearly represent and communicate design concepts.
- Integrate Brand Elements: Ensure color, typography, composition, and imagery reflect brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with Teams and Clients: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align design work with project objectives.
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience principles
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field
- Good knowledge of design applications
- Minimum experience of 4 to 5 Years
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
