We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Designer to join our growing team in Panchkula. If you have a strong background in modular kitchen and residential interior design, enjoy working closely with clients, and have experience leading design teams, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

Lead modular kitchen and interior design projects from concept to completion.

Conduct client consultations and develop customized design solutions.

Prepare 2D/3D layouts.

Review and refine designs to ensure quality, functionality, and technical feasibility.

Supervise and mentor Junior Designers, providing technical guidance and support.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.





Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design (B.Des./BID), B.Sc.

Interior

Design, or B.Arch. from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience in modular kitchen or residential interior design.

Experience in handling client consultations and independently managing design projects.

Previous experience in leading or mentoring a design team is preferred.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of modular kitchen planning and interior design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and interior design software.

Excellent space planning and furniture layout skills.

Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills.

Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and effective time management.
