The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable business insights and intelligent products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Business teams to develop ML-driven solutions that improve customer experience, engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy Machine Learning models to solve business and customer challenges.
- Build recommendation engines, personalization models, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.




- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to improve product performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Develop forecasting, classification, clustering, and ranking models.
- Monitor model performance and continuously optimize algorithms for accuracy and scalability.
- Build dashboards and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

What We're Looking For:

- 6-8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.
- Strong expertise in Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models.
- Robust understanding of Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Predictive Analytics.
- Experience with SQL and large-scale data analysis.
- Good understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B Testing.
- Strong problem-solving ability with excellent analytical thinking.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
