- Conceptualize and design creative assets for social media campaigns, brand promotions, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
- Develop print-ready designs such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and event branding materials.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animations for social media, digital ads, and product explainer videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual communication.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions to enhance visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with design trends, animation tools, and creative best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.




- 5+ years of professional experience in creative design (both digital and print).
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, print design, and motion graphics/animations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Animation/motion tools (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience working in quick-paced agency/startup environments is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and deliver innovative ideas.
